FROM ENGLAND

Flights for the English have been a pain in the ass as there are not many times that work, so make sure you read everything beforehand.

 

Preferred flight

2nd July 2025
BA524: 8.15 LHR - 11.35 FLR

5th July 2025
BA7016: 16.15 FLR - 17.30 STN

Please note: this flight is from HEATHROW to Florence but goes back to STANSTED. This is not ideal for drivers, however, this means that you will have time to unpack, relax and get ready for the welcome party on the first day.

Secondary flight

2nd July 2025 
FR2497: 10.45 STN - 14.05 PEG 

5th July 2025 
FR2496: 17.00 PEG - 18.25 STN

This flight flys in and out of STANSTED to PERUGIA. However it means you will get to the venue on the first day later than the other flight and have less time to settle before the welcome party, it will be tight. It is up to you.

Transfers

We are planning on organising transport for you to get from the airport to the venue, so its important that you book flights as soon as possible and tell us what flights you will be getting.

We'll let you know nearer the time on how much this will cost.

VISA Information

HOW TO APPLY:

There is a new VISA requirement for UK residents from 2025, this is not live yet. The ETIAS visa waiver will be required for individual UK citizens to enter Italy from 2025.
